BlazerJobs is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support elementary and middle school students across 2–3 school buildings in New Britain, CT. This is a full-time, on-site role through the 2025–2026 school year.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

Active Connecticut SLPA license/credential

School-based experience required
-
District fingerprints and background check required

Credentialed candidates will receive priority consideration

Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
-
Support students with articulation, language, and communication goals
-
Assist with implementation of IEP goals and service delivery

Document student progress and therapy outcomes

Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and school staff across multiple buildings
