Job Requirements:

Active Connecticut SLPA license or eligibility

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field

Prior school-based experience preferred

Ability to work full time onsite

Strong collaboration and communication skills
Job Duties:

Provide speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Support elementary and middle school students with IEP goals

Assist with data collection, documentation, and progress monitoring

Implement therapy activities in individual and small group settings

Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
