What We're Looking For:
- Valid and active SLPA license in New Hampshire
- Demonstrated school-based experience, especially with elementary (2nd-5th grade) caseloads
- Comfort and flexibility in serving preschool students when required
- Familiarity with ABA self-contained classroom environments
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
- Required: completed district fingerprinting prior to start
- Available for Zoom interviews and onsite work as scheduled
Key Responsibilities:
- Support speech-language goals under the supervision of licensed SLPs
- Deliver targeted interventions for students in 2nd through 5th grade
- Adapt techniques as needed for preschool students
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate records and assist in progress monitoring
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on student development
