Job Requirements:

Valid Louisiana SLPA licensure
-
Compliance with state and school district background requirements
-
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required
-
Comfortable working with students ranging from kindergarten through age 21
Job Duties:
-
Provide speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
-
Assist with implementing IEP goals for students in the K-21 age range

Document student progress and provide updates to supervising SLP
-
Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure student success

Participate in meetings and training sessions as required by the district
