Job Overview
This SLPA will support a mixed caseload across elementary and middle school levels, working with students who present with articulation delays, expressive/receptive language needs, fluency disorders, and social communication challenges. Responsibilities

Deliver structured, evidence-aligned therapy sessions under SLP supervision

Support student IEP goals through targeted interventions and appropriate adjustments

Collect, track, and maintain progress data using district-approved methods

Prepare therapy materials and participate in coordinated planning sessions

Communicate regularly with teachers and staff to reinforce skill carryover

Maintain detailed documentation aligned with district expectations and timelines

Contribute to a supportive, positive, and student-focused environment across assigned school sites
Qualifications

Active Tennessee SLPA license (required)

School-based experience preferred, but strong non-school clinical experience will be considered

Comfortable working onsite full time
