We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school-based team in Mobile, Alabama. This full-time, onsite position offers a chance to make a lasting impact by helping students improve communication and reach their full potential.

Employment Type: Full-Time | Local W-2 or Travel Contract

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 35–40 hours/week

Responsibilities:

Support licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in providing therapy to students.

Implement treatment plans and track student progress.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to promote effective communication strategies.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Qualifications:
-
Active Alabama SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
-
Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Compassionate, team-oriented, and dependable.
Compensation:
-
Local W-2: $35–$40/hour
-
Travel Contract: $1,350–$1,500 weekly gross pay (including tax-free stipends for those who qualify)
