Caseload: Elementary & Early Childhood
Soliant is seeking a committed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support a school district in Sherman, TX for the remainder of the school year through May 21, 2026. This full-time, onsite role focuses on serving elementary and early childhood students under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students

Support early childhood and elementary caseload needs

Implement treatment plans and track student progress under SLP supervision

Collaborate with staff, teachers, and families to support communication goals

Maintain professionalism and follow district/IEP guidelines
Requirements:

Active Texas SLPA license
-
Experience with pediatric or school-based populations preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work full-time onsite
Compensation:
-
Average hourly rate: $24–$32/hr, depending on experience
