Position Overview:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, on-site position in a Minnesota school district. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting students’ communication growth under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
The SLPA will work collaboratively with the SLP to serve a manageable caseload and focus on direct therapy rather than paperwork — making this an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy hands-on work with students.
Position Details:

Caseload: Approximately 45–60 students (shared with supervising SLP)

Number of Buildings: 1–2 school sites

Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language services under SLP supervision

Implement therapy plans and document session data
-
Collaborate with school staff and support student progress

No direct paperwork or IEP management required
Qualifications:

Education (Required):
-
Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting OR
-
Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders (per new MN requirements)
Licensure: Eligible for or currently hold MN SLPA certification/license
Experience:
School-based experience preferred
Experience with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices strongly preferred
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
