Position Details:

Location: K–12 public schools throughout Louisiana

Schedule: Full-time and part-time availability
-
Pay: Competitive hourly rate; paid weekly via direct deposit

Employment Type: W-2 contract position for the 2025–2026 school year

Contract Renewal: High likelihood based on performance and district needs
Minimum Requirements:
-
Active or pending Louisiana SLPA license through LBESPA
-
Experience working with children or in school settings preferred
-
Must be under the supervision of a licensed SLP as required by Louisiana regulations
-
Able to meet district onboarding criteria (including background check and fingerprinting)

Your Role:
As an SLPA, you will support students with speech and language goals outlined in their IEPs, assist with therapy activities, collect data, and collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and families to ensure student success.
