About the Role
ProCare Therapy is hiring a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to provide onsite support in a small, high-performing district near Menlo Park, CA. The SLPA will split time between one elementary and one middle school, working primarily with articulation-focused TK–8th grade students.
This role is perfect for a therapist who values quality over quantity, enjoys a tight-knit district, and thrives in a part-time, balanced schedule.
Responsibilities

Provide direct treatment under the supervision of an SLP.

No evaluations — strictly therapy and progress tracking.

Manage a caseload of roughly 35 students.

Collaborate with staff to support individualized goals.
Qualifications

Active California SLPA license.

Experience with articulation therapy preferred.
