Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

Collect and document accurate data to measure student progress toward IEP goals.

Prepare therapy materials, maintain session notes, and ensure all records comply with district and state requirements.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to encourage skill carryover across settings.

Participate in IEP-related meetings and contribute input regarding student progress and needs.
Qualifications:

Active California SLPA license (required).

Prior school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred.

Comprehensive understanding of communication disorders and intervention strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication with supervising SLPs and school staff.
