Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a full-time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for the 2025–2026 school year in Martinez, CA. This California SLPA job involves working directly with students across K–12 grade levels while supporting a supervising SLP who provides services virtually.
Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and indirect speech therapy to students per IEP goals.

Facilitate teletherapy sessions by acting as the in-classroom support for a virtual SLP.

Prepare therapy activities and materials for student engagement.

Collect data, track progress, and report observations to the SLP.

Comply with all California SLPA practice standards and district guidelines.

Collaborate with families, teachers, and staff to support student success.
Qualifications:

Active California SLPA license.

School-based experience preferred, but not required.

Comfortable using digital platforms to support virtual therapy.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Spanish bilingual candidates are highly encouraged.
