We are excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our growing team in Manassas, VA. If you’re passionate about helping individuals find their voice and reach their communication goals, we would love to meet you.
Position Overview:
As an SLPA, you will work closely under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver high-quality therapy services to children and adults. You’ll help implement treatment plans, track progress, and make a real impact in the lives of those you serve.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out treatment plans developed by supervising Speech-Language Pathologists

Provide direct therapy services to individuals or small groups

Document therapy sessions accurately and in a timely manner
-
Support assessments and evaluations as directed

Collaborate with SLPs, educators, caregivers, and other team members

Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
Qualifications:
-
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or Communication Sciences and Disorders

Current Oregon SLPA License (or eligibility to obtain)

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
-
A passion for working with diverse populations and helping others grow

School-based or pediatric experience a plus, but not required
