Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) School-Based Role | Lynn, MA
Blazer Jobs is seeking a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a collaborative and student-centered school-based team in Lynn, Massachusetts for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity to support students’ communication development while working closely with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in a supportive educational environment.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay: $28–$37+ per hour, based on experience and credentials

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech and language services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Assist with implementing IEP goals and therapy plans
- Support students individually and in small group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and relevant professional development activities
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited SLPA program
- Eligible for Massachusetts SLPA licensure
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting students’ communication growth and confidence
