Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Lumberton, NC

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering effective speech and language therapy to students
- Implement therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed SLPA
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with educators and staff to support students’ communication development
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to individualized education programs (IEPs)
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid SLPA certification or licensure as required by state regulations
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow therapy protocols and maintain confidentiality
