Sunbelt Staffing is hiring Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for school-based travel assignments across the U.S. for the 2025–2026 school year! ?? What a Travel Contract Means
A travel contract is a full-time school-year position in a district located at least 50 miles away from your tax home. Travel SLPAs receive a competitive hourly rate, plus 50% non-taxed stipends to help cover housing, meals, and incidentals. These contracts typically last one school year, with options to renew or transfer to other locations once completed.

? Duties

Provide speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist

Implement individualized treatment plans to support communication goals

Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the IEP team

Support inclusion and communication across academic environments

Active SLPA license in the state you are applying or willing to travel to (required)

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Ability to work full-time during the school year
