Contract Duration: Remainder of the 2024–2025 school year

Job Description:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school team in Cupertino, CA. This is a full-time, contract position providing services to students in a school-based setting. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to help students meet their communication goals.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Assist with implementing IEP goals and individualized therapy plans

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress

Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success

Attend meetings and participate in ongoing professional development
Qualifications:

Active California SLPA license (required)

Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Previous school-based experience preferred (but not required)

Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Position Details:

Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday–Friday)

Caseload: Determined during interview based on school needs

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: End of 2024–2025 school year (potential for renewal)
