Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide support services to students across three school sites in Lincoln, California. This role offers a flexible schedule, with the option for part-time or full-time hours. Under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) through VOCO, the SLPA will assist in delivering speech and language therapy to students with diverse communication needs.
Responsibilities

Assist the SLP in implementing treatment plans designed to improve students’ speech, language, and communication skills.

Provide direct speech-language therapy to students under the supervision and direction of the licensed SLP.

Prepare therapy materials and documentation as required.

Monitor and record student progress and report observations to the supervising SLP.

Support students in group and individual therapy settings.

Communicate regularly with teachers and school staff to coordinate services and ensure consistency.

Travel between three school sites according to the scheduled workdays.
Qualifications

Completion of an accredited SLPA program or equivalent education.

Current SLPA certification or eligibility to obtain certification in California.

Ability to work under VOCO SLP supervision.

Experience working with school-aged children preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Reliable transportation for travel between school sites.
Work Schedule

2 days per week at School Site A

2 days per week at School Site B

1 day per week at School Site C
Schedule is subject to adjustment based on student needs and district calendar.
