Speech Therapy Assistant - Fort Myers, FL

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement individualized therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Document student progress and collaborate with educators and families.
- Maintain compliance with all state regulations and district policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Florida Department of Health SLPA license.
- Prior experience working with elementary-aged children preferred.
- Knowledge of speech therapy techniques and school-based program requirements.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work full-time, 37.5 hours per week during the second semester (January 1 – June 1, 2026).
