This role focuses on providing essential speech and language assistance within a school setting, helping young learners overcome communication challenges and improve their academic performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders
- Document student progress and maintain accurate therapy records
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student development
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing assessment and intervention strategies
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
