Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Assist in implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)

Collect and track student progress data for reporting and goal adjustments

Collaborate with teachers and parents to integrate communication strategies into the classroom setting

Participate in IEP and team meetings as appropriate

Maintain therapy documentation in compliance with district policies
Qualifications:

Active Washington SLPA license (or eligibility upon hire)

Prior school-based or pediatric therapy experience preferred

Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

A genuine interest in helping students achieve communication and academic goals
