Position Overview
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, on-site maternity leave position. This role is based at a single elementary campus near Pearland, Texas, and serves students in Pre-K through 5th grade on a monolingual campus.
The SLPA will primarily provide direct therapy services and support student communication development under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLPA who enjoys hands-on therapy and working closely with young learners.

Responsibilities

Provide direct speech and language therapy services under SLP supervision

Implement therapy plans and collect data on student progress

Collaborate with school staff to support student outcomes

Attend ARD meetings as needed

Focus primarily on therapy service delivery
Qualifications
Education & Licensure:
-
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

Active Texas state licensure or eligibility for licensure
-
ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
Experience:

School-based experience preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to manage an elementary-aged caseload effectively
