Speech-Language Pathology Assistants – Illinois
Soliant is seeking two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join a school district in Illinois. One position is full-time, and the other is part-time (2 days per week). Both roles will focus on supporting an autism program and collaborating closely with supervising SLPs to provide high-quality services to students.
Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
-
Support students in developing communication skills in alignment with IEP goals
-
Implement therapy activities tailored to the needs of students in the autism program
-
Document student progress and maintain session records
-
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other staff to promote student success
-
Assist with preparation of therapy materials and classroom supports
Qualifications:
-
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field
-
Active Illinois SLPA license or eligibility for licensure
-
Experience working with students on the autism spectrum preferred
-
Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
-
Commitment to supporting student learning and growth
