Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support a school district in Joliet, Illinois for the 2025–2026 academic year. This onsite role involves working alongside licensed SLPs to provide services to students with a variety of communication needs.
Position Highlights:

Full-time: 32.5 hours per week

Onsite at district school(s)
-
Caseload to be determined; will include a variety of disabilities

Collaborate closely with supervising SLPs to implement therapy plans
Responsibilities Include:

Deliver speech-language therapy activities under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Assist in documentation, progress monitoring, and student support
-
Work with diverse student populations, including those requiring bilingual services

Support communication goals as outlined in IEPs
Requirements:
-
Active Illinois SLPA License
-
Bilingual in English and Spanish
-
Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills
