Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents, including during high-stress or crisis situations.
- Travel between multiple school buildings as needed during the day.
- Adhere strictly to onsite service requirements; virtual work is not available.
- Maintain consistent, guaranteed hours dedicated to both direct and indirect service provision.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Communications, or related field.
- Active SLPA certification/license.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage responsibilities across multiple school locations.
