Role Summary
As an SLPA in North Houston, TX, you will assist in providing speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP. You will support students’ communication goals, contribute to IEP implementation, and collaborate with educators and families.
Responsibilities
• Support delivery of speech and language therapy services.
• Assist with implementing IEP goals and therapy activities.
• Collect and document student data for supervising SLP review.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff.
• Prepare materials and support communication-related interventions.
Requirements (Texas)
• Active Texas SLPA license.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
Employment Options
Local Contract
• Full-time, on-site in North Houston, TX.
• Hourly rate: dependent on experience and licensure.
Travel Contract
• Full-time, on-site in North Houston, TX.
• Weekly take-home pay: dependent on experience and licensure.
