We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Aldine, TX. As an SLPA, you will work closely with our Speech-Language Pathologists to provide therapy and support to clients of all ages. This is a W2 contracted position for the 24/25 school year on a full-time basis.

- Caseload: Moderatly high caseload at an Elementary School
- Full Time
- Onsite only
Responsibilities:
- Assist speech-language pathologists in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.
- Implement therapy activities and exercises under the guidance of the SLP
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the SLP to modify therapy plans as needed.
- Communicate with clients and their families to provide education and support.
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
- State licensure or certification as an SLPA.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Experience working with diverse populations is a plus.
