Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
Location: Houston, TX
Position Overview: We’re looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to support licensed SLPs in delivering therapy services. The role involves assisting with therapy sessions, documenting client progress, and collaborating with families and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement therapy activities and exercises under the supervision of an SLP.
- Support and motivate clients during therapy sessions.
- Document client progress and report any concerns.
- Assist with scheduling and managing therapy equipment.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field.
- SLPA licensure or certification.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
