About the Position
We are actively seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team full-time in Aberdeen, WA. This position offers the chance to support children and adolescents in improving their communication skills within a collaborative and supportive educational or clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist

Provide direct intervention to individuals and groups in educational or therapeutic settings

Assist with assessment procedures, documentation, and progress reporting

Prepare therapy materials and maintain accurate service records

Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure consistent progress

Support generalization of skills into classroom or home settings
Requirements
-
Associate’s degree from an accredited SLPA program or equivalent coursework (required)

Current Washington State SLPA license (or eligible to obtain)

Prior experience working with children or adolescents preferred
-
Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills
-
Ability to pass a background check, fingerprinting, and TB test

Reliable transportation
Schedule

Days: Monday–Friday

Hours: 7.5–8 hours/day
