Speech Language Pathologist Assistant Job Duties

Assist in providing speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of an SLP

Implement therapy activities and interventions as directed

Support students in developing communication, articulation, and language skills

Maintain accurate records of student progress and session notes

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote student success
Federal and State Requirements

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field

Active California SLPA License required
-
Previous school-based experience preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills
