Certified Speech Language Pathologist Assistant Contract Position- Highland, CA
Soliant Health is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join a collaborative and student-centered school team in Highland, CA. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ development and participation in their educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services in alignment with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), district policies, and state regulations.

Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to support functional performance and engagement in school activities.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress reports and compliance records.

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized goals and strategies.
Qualifications:

Active California State Speech Language Pathologist Assistant License (required)

Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
