Key Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing therapy plans for students with speech and language disorders
- Provide direct therapy services under supervision to K-12 students
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and parents to support student success
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to individual education plan (IEP) development
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid SLP-A certification or licensure
- Experience working with children in a school environment preferred
- Strong understanding of speech and language development in children
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to follow treatment plans and adapt therapy activities to individual student needs
