Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy support services in 2 to 3 school buildings, likely including elementary and possibly middle schools
- Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists to implement individualized treatment plans
- Assist with screenings, assessments, and documentation related to speech and language services
- Participate in meetings with educators and families to support student communication goals
- Maintain compliance with all state and district regulations, including confidentiality and ethical standards
Qualifications:
- Active Connecticut license as an SLPA
- Experience working in school-based settings with K-12 students
- Completion of required district fingerprinting and background checks
- Availability for a Zoom interview as part of the selection process
- Upfront licenses preferred for expedited placement
