ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, onsite role in Haltom City, TX, just outside Fort Worth. This is a great opportunity to work in a well-established district with a strong support system in place.

Coverage includes: Maternity leave support from mid-October through January
Caseload Overview:
-
Approx. 55 students
-
Many students on the autism spectrum with complex communication needs
-
Includes general education and special education students with articulation and language disorders
-
Experience with AAC tools such as LAMP and TouchChat is highly preferred
You’ll be working in a brand-new school building with a highly experienced admin and staff team. A supervising SLP will be onsite 2–3 days a week, and additional mentorship will be provided by the Lead SLP. This is a collaborative and supportive district, and SLPAs are valued as key team members.
Qualifications:

Active Texas SLPA License
-
Experience in school settings is preferred

Strong communication and organization skills

Familiarity with AAC systems is a plus
