Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Gridley, CA

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Valid SLPA license or certification
- Previous experience supporting a middle school caseload a plus
- Comfortable traveling between two school sites as scheduled
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Familiarity with educational documentation and progress tracking
- Reliable, organized, and collaborative approach to student care
Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of individualized speech and language treatment plans designed by supervising SLPs
- Provide direct intervention to students both individually and in group settings
- Assist with screening, progress monitoring, and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Track student progress and communicate findings to the supervising SLP
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to reinforce language goals across school environments
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights on student progress and strategies
