Speech & Language Pathology Assistant in Fishers, IN
This full-time contract opportunity seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide PreK speech and language evaluations in an Indiana school setting during a maternity leave from February to May 2026. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for PreK students
- Complete approximately eight evaluations and family conferences weekly
- Develop detailed reports and provide tailored recommendations based on assessment results
- Collaborate effectively with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in meetings to discuss evaluation outcomes and support planning
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district standards
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Indiana SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience with early childhood and preschool assessment strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills essential
