Speech & Language Pathology Assistant in Clovis, NM
This position is for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) supporting K-12 students across multiple school sites within a contract lasting the school year. The role requires onsite work in Clovis, NM, with the possibility of traveling between buildings during the workday.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications or Associate of Applied Science (AAS) from an SLPA program
- Active SLPA certification
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, particularly in high-stress or crisis situations
- Ability to provide direct and indirect services aligned with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Willingness and capability to travel during the day between school locations as needed
- Onsite presence is mandatory; virtual options are not available
Primary Responsibilities:
