Position Overview:

Work Setting: K–12 public schools in Illinois

Schedule: Flexible (full-time and part-time available)

Compensation: Competitive hourly pay with weekly direct deposit

Employment Type: W-2 contract position for 2025–2026 academic year

Contract Renewal: High potential for extension depending on district needs and performance
What You’ll Need:
-
Active or pending SLPA license in Illinois (IDFPR)

Must work under the supervision of a licensed SLP in Illinois

School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
-
Completion of all onboarding requirements, including background checks, TB testing, and fingerprinting per local district policy

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a school-based SLPA, you'll assist with implementing therapy services developed by a licensed speech-language pathologist. Your responsibilities include working directly with students, tracking progress on IEP goals, preparing session materials, and collaborating with teachers and families.
