Procare Therapy is seeking Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to serve students in public schools across Tennessee for the 2025–2026 academic year. Whether you’re based in Nashville, Memphis, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Clarksville, or a rural district in East or West Tennessee—we’ll match you with a position that fits your goals and experience.
SLPAs are instrumental in helping students find their voices, improve communication, and build confidence both in and out of the classroom.

Role Snapshot:

Employment Type: W-2 contract for the 2025–2026 school year

Extension: Strong potential for contract renewal
What You’ll Need:

Active or pending SLPA license in Tennessee (via the state licensing board)

Ability to work under the supervision of a licensed Tennessee SLP
-
Experience with children or in school settings preferred

Must meet onboarding requirements (background check, fingerprinting, TB test, etc.)

What You’ll Do:
You’ll work directly with students under the supervision of a licensed speech-language pathologist. Your role includes delivering therapy services, tracking progress on IEP goals, preparing therapy materials, and collaborating with educators and families to support student growth.
