Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a rewarding school-based position in Hayward, California. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity working with students across multiple school sites in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Position Details:

Schedule: 32 hours per week

Caseload: Students with complex communication needs
-
Grade Levels: TK – 12th grade
-
Service Model: Onsite direct services with virtual SLP supervision and facilitation support
-
Travel: Required between multiple school sites (within the district)
Responsibilities:
-
Implement therapy plans and programs developed by supervising SLP
-
Support students with a variety of communication needs, including AAC and complex communication profiles
-
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
-
Maintain accurate documentation and progress records
Requirements:
-
Active California SLPA license/certification
-
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
-
Comfortable working across a range of grade levels and school sites

Strong communication and organizational skills
-
Reliable transportation for travel between school locations
