Do you have a passion for helping students develop communication and language skills? We are seeking a dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team and support K–12 students throughout the school year under the guidance of a licensed SLP.
Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
-
Colorado SLPA licensure (or eligibility)
-
Experience working with children in school or pediatric settings preferred
-
Strong collaboration and communication skills
-
Ability to implement treatment plans and support educational goals
-
Familiarity with IEP processes is a plus
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct therapy services under SLP supervision
-
Assist in implementing individualized student goals and therapy plans

Support documentation and progress tracking
-
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote skill generalization
-
Prepare and maintain therapy materials and resources
-
Help integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment
