What You’ll Do:
- Carry out therapy sessions under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists
- Work directly with children across K-12, adapting to various communication needs
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collect and record data to monitor student progress
- Prepare therapy materials and maintain organized session documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
Who We’re Looking For:
- Active SLPA license in the state of Texas
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Compassion and enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations
