Job Title: Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join our school team in Fort Worth for the remainder of the 2025/2026 school year. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in an educational setting, supporting students in grades PreK–12 under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students as directed by the supervising SLP

Assist with the implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
-
Document student progress and maintain accurate service records
-
Support classroom teachers and staff in implementing communication strategies
-
Prepare therapy materials and set up activities to support student goals
-
Communicate effectively with students, staff, and families while maintaining confidentiality
Qualifications:
-
Current Texas SLPA license/certification (or eligibility)
-
Previous experience working with children in educational or clinical settings preferred
-
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
-
Ability to follow treatment plans and work under supervision
