Experienced School-based Bilingual (SLPA) Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant – Fort Worth, TX
Minimum Requirements: To work as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Texas, candidates must hold a current Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). A bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field is required. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred, and prior school-based experience is strongly encouraged.
This full-time bilingual SLPA position in Fort Worth, TX, provides a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ communication development. As part of a collaborative school-based team, you’ll deliver support that empowers bilingual learners to achieve academic and social success while helping close communication gaps in both languages.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.

Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and track student progress.

Use bilingual communication strategies to enhance student engagement and understanding.

Maintain accurate documentation and session notes for student records.

Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote student success.
