Procare Therapy is actively hiring Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to support students across North Carolina public schools for the 2025–2026 academic year. Whether you’re located in Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham, Greensboro, Wilmington, Asheville, or a smaller rural district, we’ll help you find a position where your work matters—and where you feel supported.

Location: North Carolina public K–12 schools

Schedule: Full-time or part-time options

Pay: Competitive hourly rates, paid weekly via direct deposit

Employment Type: W-2 contract for the 2025–2026 school year

Extension: High potential for contract renewal or transition to a long-term role
Basic Requirements:
-
Active or pending North Carolina SLPA license (NCBOESLPA)
-
Must be supervised by a licensed SLP in North Carolina
-
Preferred: Experience in schools, pediatrics, or working with children
-
Must complete onboarding steps such as background check, TB screening, and fingerprinting per district requirements

What You’ll Be Doing:
Under the supervision of a licensed SLP, you’ll work directly with students in individual or small group settings. You’ll help implement therapy plans, support IEP goals, document student progress, prep materials, and collaborate with families and teachers to support student growth.
