SLPA Opportunity – Minneapolis Area (K–12 Caseload)
A full-time opening is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant to join a school-based team serving students across two Minneapolis campuses. This role offers a consistent weekly schedule, benefits, and a chance to work with a diverse student population from early childhood through high school.
Role Structure
• 35–40 hours per week
• Contracted position with reliable hours
• Therapy-focused role with no assessment responsibilities
• Caseload includes both speech-only services and speech as a related service, with emphasis on communication and pragmatics for students with ASD
• Services split between two school sites: one for 3.5 days/week, the other for 1.5 days/week
• Assignment runs through June 5, 2026, with renewal or direct hire potential
• Supervision provided remotely
Caseload Highlights
• Students span grades K–12
• Therapy goals center on social communication, expressive/receptive language, and functional interaction
• Populations served include multilingual and neurodiverse learners
Required Credentials
• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Minnesota SLPA license
• School-based experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Candidates should demonstrate adaptability and cultural awareness
