Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech and language services aligned with students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff, even in high-stress or crisis situations
- Travel between multiple school buildings as needed during the workday
- Ensure compliance with professional standards under licensed SLP supervision
- Maintain accurate documentation and assist in student progress monitoring
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Communications, or related field; or an AAS degree from an SLPA program
- Active SLPA license or certification
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work onsite; virtual options are not available
