Blazer Jobs is actively hiring a full-time SLPA in Elgin, IL for the new school year (NSY). This is a rewarding opportunity to support students with communication needs in a collaborative educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapy services as directed by a licensed SLP

  • Help implement IEP goals

  • Maintain accurate records of student performance

  • Support communication between staff and families

Required Qualifications:

  • Illinois SLPA license

  • Associate’s degree in SLPA or related field

  • School-based experience preferred

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
