Position Overview:
Soliant is seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a collaborative school team in San Pablo, CA, supporting students across both the Vallejo and Richmond campuses. This is a full-time, onsite position for the current school year.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students improve their communication skills and will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality support and intervention services.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language support services under the direction of a supervising SLP.

Conduct therapy sessions with students as outlined in IEPs.

Assist in data collection, progress monitoring, and documentation.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to promote student success.

Travel between assigned campuses (Vallejo and Richmond) as needed.
Qualifications:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field.

Active California SLPA License.

Previous school-based experience preferred but not required.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
