ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district in Bay City, TX. This is a full-time position working under the direction and supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings as directed by the supervising licensed SLP

Implement treatment programs or IEPs designed by the supervising licensed SLP
-
Conduct carry-over activities to help transfer students’ newly acquired communication skills to other contexts and situations
-
Represent speech pathology at ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) Committee meetings as directed by the supervising licensed SLP

Conduct observations and prepare clinical materials
Requirements:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a speech-language pathology assistant program or related field
-
Active Texas SLPA license
-
Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
